The shop

The Volute shop welcomes you in the heart of Paris since March, 7th, 2008...

I, Caroline, speak english and will help you define your project, whatever it is: a corset, a wedding gown or an historical costume... Many projects have already been realised for english-speaking customers.

If you are going to Paris, don't hesitate to call me or write me an e-mail (cbrancq@yahoo.fr) and we will arrange an appointment! Please reserve at least 1 hour (for a corset) or even 2 hours (for a wedding project) for this appointment.

Opening days

The shop is opened from Tuesday to Saturday, from 10h a.m. to 6h30 p.m. (10h to 18h30).

How to come?

The shop is in the very center of Paris, quite close to Chatelet-les-Halles, and easy to reach with diverses metro lines (see beyond).

Metro (underground) : Réaumur-Sébastopol (lines 3 and 4) or Arts-et-Métiers (lines 3 and 11 ; take the exit "rue Beaubourg-rue de Turbigo"), or 10 mn by feet from Châtelet-les-Halles.

By car : it is better to avoid the very center of Paris in car, especially the old narrow streets like mine, without parking places... If you nevertheless can just come with a car, the easiest solution is to park it in the underground Vinci parking situated at 150 meters from the shop: parking Saint-Martin, enter in front of the Saint-Martin church. 2,90 euros per hour will be the price of your tranquillity...
